Looking for a staycation option with the whole family, a romantic getaway or a get-together with friends? Look no further than the new D’Resort @ Downtown East, Singapore’s first nature-inspired resort with an integrated waterpark.

The resort is part of Phase One of the S$200 million Refreshing Downtown East redevelopment project which was announced in 2012, which will see an update to NTUC Club’s offerings to meet the changing social and lifestyle needs of its members and the public.

Nestled amongst the lush greenery of Pasir Ris Park, the resort sits on a site that was once occupied by Escape Theme Park. D’Resort has 387 rooms with nine room types available with room views of the surrounding park, mangrove and beach. There are also executive rooms, family suites and other suites available, as well as spacious BBQ pit areas for large gatherings.

Room rates start from S$118, which includes free WiFi as well as access to the waterpark Wild Wild Wet. Next up is Phase Two of the Refreshing Downtown East project which will complete the transformation of Downtown East with a new F&B and retail experience, and the expansion of Wild Wild Wet to double its size. It is targeted for completion in the second half of 2017.
