A one-stop health lifestyle hub
Nature’s Farm gets a fresh look and adds a number of new elements in the store and services.
Health foods and supplements retailer Nature’s Farm has rebranded, unveiling a new logo and a revamped flagship store at Parkway Parade. The brand has introduced new elements in the store and services including a sampling bar where customers can sample different supplements such as collagen chewable, liquid supplements and a variety of honey. There is also a nutritionist’s picks area where a monthly themed selection of health foods and supplements handpicked by Nature’s Farm’s nutritionist team will be on display and a top 10 products shelf.
Previously a “supplements supermarket store”, the new store has transformed into a “one-stop health lifestyle hub”, explained Stephen Lim, CEO of Nature’s Farm. The Parkway Parade store is the first of 20 stores to get a refresh in a light wood theme with wood grain shelving and a modern touch of grey hues.
Customers can also learn more about their personal health and nutrition needs via a one-to-one nutrition advisory service with Nature’s Farm’s nutritionists. The service is also extended to all Nature’s Farm Prestige members (to be a member, one needs to spend at least S$150 in a single receipt) for free. Members can fill in an online nutrition profile questionnaire to make an appointment for a personalised nutrition consultation to review their diet and lifestyle habits vis-à-vis their medical history and health goals.
The nutritionists will also perform a body composition and blood pressure assessment as part of the session to assess the individual’s body mass index level, total fat mass, basal metabolic rate, blood pressure reading amongst others, in making diet and nutrition recommendations that are personalised to each member’s needs.
Customers can also browse various nutrition videos produced by the brand on the free-to-browse tablet available in-store. There are plans to make these videos available online in the coming months.
Nature’s Farm has also expanded its operations via e-commerce, third-party retailers and overseas distributorships. The brand is also available online via its own e-store and other popular e-platforms including Lazada and Redmart, and in retail stores Mustafa and selected Watsons outlets.
