RUHENS launches its four-stage purification system.

 

RUHENS has launched its Classic Air Purifier (WHA500) which features a four-stage air purification system, “bringing continual clean and pure air to users at home”.

Its four-stage system comprises four types of filters with distinctive features:
• Pre-filter – helps to trap large particles such as dust, hair, pollen or dog fur which may be too stubborn to clean.
• Anti-allergy filter – filters out airborne particles such as influenza viruses and daily odours. This filter deactivates sulphur atom from binding in order to destroy active allergy ingredients in particles. This means users with sensitive or allergy-prone skin can be at ease without worrying of sudden allergy attacks.
• Deodorisation filter – filters formaldehyde and traps unpleasant daily odours commonly found in shoes, furniture and pets to keep a pleasant environment.
• HEPA filter – traps microscopic particles (0.3um) including bacteria, tobacco smoke and common allergens such as pollen, mould spores, and household dust.

The air purifier is easy to use and does not need additional adjustments. Turn it on, and its auto mode will be able to detect the air pollution level and adjust its airflow mode automatically while caring intelligently for users’ needs. RUHENS has also incorporated additional features such as its sleep mode where the air purifier functions more quietly and emits white noise to help with a good night’s sleep.

There is also a filter replacement notification which notifies users when the appropriate filters are in need of replacements. Its air volume settings can also be easily adjusted to fit the desired air volume at any given time. Users can also configure the air purifier’s timer to automatically switch off after a number of hours; this is extremely helpful if there are errands to run outside. There is also an air quality sensor which indicates the four levels of air quality to users.

RUHENS carries two other air purifier models – the Egg Ionic Air Purifier (WHA200), a four-stage HEPA air purifier that is suitable for larger rooms, and the Pure Ionic Air Purifier (WHA300), with a 360-degree grill rotation which enables continuous air circulation throughout the room by maximising the distance of airflow from the top of the purifier towards all directions, hence distributing air more effectively.

 

The Classic Air Purifier costs S$799 (before GST) and weights 4kg. This and the other purifiers are available at RUHENS showroom and online at its website here. Replacement filters are sold as a set for S$120.
