Bus & train services on the go
Seniors can apply for a new concession card or report their lost card through a free mobile TransitLink app.
If you are interested in applying for a new Senior Citizen Concession Card or if you want to report your lost card, you can do so now from the convenience of your smartphone through a free app called TransitLink’s Mobile Services. It provides commuters with access to useful information and services, including a wide range of TransitLink’s current e-Services and e-Guide.
Beyond all this, users can also find information they need to get around such as fares, and estimated travel and arrival times for bus and train services. A comprehensive list of places of interest, Government offices, hospitals, medical centres and nearby TransitLink facilities are also available for users on the go. The app works for iPhone and Android users.
Also, TransitLink has a new Senior Citizen Hybrid Monthly Concession Pass, which is priced at S$60. This allows seniors to enjoy unlimited travel both on basic bus and train services (this includes trunk and feeder services, but not Express, Fast Forward and Special Bus Services such as Chinatown Direct, Premium, Nite Owl, NightRider and City Direct).
The Pass is valid at any time of the day and lasts for a month from the start date. Do note that only existing Senior Citizen Concession Card holders are eligible for the Hybrid Monthly Concession Pass. For more details, go to TransitLink’s website – www.transitlink.com.sg.
