In order to have an appointment with the Mobile Hearing Clinic (MHC) for a diagnostic hearing test, you will need to be referred in from either a selected polyclinic or from the Functional Screening programme:

1. Polyclinic Referral (open to all Singaporeans or PRs aged 21 years and above) – You can visit Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Queenstown, Jurong or Pioneer Polyclinic to obtain a referral from the polyclinic doctors to MHC at sites nearest to the polyclinic for a diagnostic hearing test on a separate date.

 

2. Functional Screening Referral (open to all Singaporeans aged 60 years and above) – You can participate in the Functional Screening programme for a vision, hearing and dental three-in-one health screening and you would be referred to MHC for a diagnostic hearing test on a later date if it is detected that you would require a more detailed hearing check.
