The respirator protects against airborne particulates, PM 2.5 and allergens.

 

3M has launched its new disposable KN95 respirator, the 3M Particulate Respirator 9513, which is designed to seal to the face allowing air to go through the filter, not around the outside edge of the respirator. Typical face coverings and surgical masks often fit loosely, leaving gaps between the mask and face.

Made in Singapore, the 3M Particulate Respirator 9513 filters at least 95 percent of airborne particulates, PM 2.5 and allergens. Made from 3M’s proprietary filter media, 3M Advanced Electrostatic Media filters dust and other particles, while allowing for easy breathing. The 3M Particulate Respirator 9513 has a four-layer 3D design that is comfortable, and breathable.

The 3M Particulate Respirator 9513 features stretchable sidebands with hooks to help hold it tightly to the face and soft, breathable layers for added comfort. Additionally, an embedded nose clip provides a non-industrial look and feel – for work and play. It has a shelf life of five years from the manufacturing date.
