The incidence of cancer in Singapore is rising. One in four people in Singapore may develop cancer in their lifetime.

While this could be due to common cancer risk factors such as stress and hectic lifestyle, there are also many other positive factors such as better access to healthcare, increasing disease awareness and improved screening that have contributed to the rise in cancer incidence.

Even so, a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming. It can impact many aspects of life and parts throughout the healing journey, from diagnosis, treatment to survivorship. Come and hear from healthcare professionals and gain valuable insights on how to embrace, navigate and adjust through these changes.

Suitable for patients commencing or completing cancer treatment, and caregivers. Care pack and light refreshments will be provided. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Singapore Cancer Society. To register, go to: www.eventbrite.sg/e/pcc-adjusting-to-changes-symposium-tickets-844109794117.
