The largest forum has to date 72 talks on a wide range of subjects including health and wellness, active ageing and financial literacy.

Seniors will be spoilt for choice this month with a wide range of learning opportunities, including 72 forum talks on a variety of topics at 50plus 2017, Singapore’s largest event for the silver generation organised by the Council for Third Age (C3A). This year’s show will feature the biggest forum to promote lifelong learning amongst seniors.

50plus 2017 will be held at Suntec City Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre from March 24 to 26 March and will be graced by Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Environment & Water Resources.

Learning will continue to be a focus in this year’s 50plus like its previous event in 2015.

With the theme “Learn Actively, Live Happily”, the show will focus largely on learning and volunteering opportunities. It will feature four key elements – Inspiring Conference, Insightful Forums, Interesting Classes and Informative Bazaar, with the buzzword is “In” – i.e. “I’m IN”.

The show will feature talks ranging from health and well-being to property, financial literacy and even wine and dine etiquette. The majority of the talks will be in English with some in Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.
