SilverFest 2026, Singapore’s first inaugural festival dedicated to celebrating active ageing, legacy living, and the vitality of its silver generation, is running from July 3 to 5  at Our Tampines Hub’s Festive Walk. The free-to-attend three-day festival brings together seniors, families, and community partners for a packed programme of performances, health talks, fitness sessions, nostalgic trivia, and interactive activities.

“SilverFest 2026 celebrates the idea that the silver years are not about slowing down, but opening up to new possibilities,” said Thomas Ong, business development director of SilverStreak and organiser of SilverFest 2026. “From lifestyle and wellness to lifelong learning, legacy planning and ‘Retryment’, we want to inspire older Singaporeans to embrace this stage of life with confidence and optimism. As Singapore becomes a super-aged society, SilverFest aims to bring people together, foster a sense of belonging, and showcase the many opportunities available to live well, stay engaged and thrive.”

Presented by Abbott and supported by community and healthcare partners, SilverFest 2026 has three themed days. Each designed to inspire a different dimension of purposeful ageing:

  • Day 1 – Friday, 3 July: LEGACY

Opening with a rousing performance by the Lions Befrienders Drummers, Day 1 honours the stories, heritage, and wisdom that seniors carry. Highlights also include complimentary ear health assessments by Clinico Hearing Solution, a nostalgic trivia challenge delving into local heritage (“Why is our neighbourhood called Tampines?”), and an evening Hati Kampung Chorus sing-along.

  • Day 2 – Saturday, 4 July: LIFESTYLE

Day 2 is dedicated to living well. Visitors can join an equipment-free mass workout by True Fitness, attend a fireside chat on meaningful legacy planning with Angjolie Mei from The Life Celebrant, listen to an audiologist talk on early signs of hearing loss by Clinico Hearing Solution, enjoy a ukulele performance by Tapestry Asia, a Wellesta health talk on smoking cessation strategies with SKIIP, and watch live demonstrations on assistive mobility technology by ExoStride.

  • Day 3 – Sunday, 5 July: RETRYMENT

Coining a new chapter in life, “retryment” is about reinvention. Day 3 features a Growing Older, Living Better Talk by SUSS, more True Fitness workouts, and a finale nostalgic trivia showdown covering old Singapore and East Coast history.

Throughout the three days, visitors can also enjoy a range of ongoing activities and features:

  • Live caricature drawings by celebrated caricaturist Faizal A Bakar.
  • Free professional ear assessments at Clinico Hearing Solution interactive booth, with educational guides on hearing health.
  • Old-world snacks from the beloved Kachang Puteh Uncle Moorthy/Chandran.
  • ExoStride demonstrations showcasing assistive mobility technology.
  • Product giveaways from a wide range of community and lifestyle partners.
